Lauren Levig is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Snowboard Instructor with over 2300 hours of education in massage, manual therapy, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in acute and chronic pain conditions and restoring range of motion and is a Graston Technique IASTM preferred provider helping clients resolve soft tissue dysfunction and fine tune their self care regimens to find lasting relief.
Lauren has been practicing massage therapy since 2010 and in the Wood River Valley since 2015. She began The Sanctuary Massage Studio at 219 S River St in Hailey in April 2017 and closed this location in April 2020. She was then at Gravity Fitness & Tennis before reopening The Sanctuary Medical Massage & Bodywork at 13 W Bullion St in Hailey from August 2021 to February 2026. As of March 2026, she is working from her home office at 112 S Third Street in Bellevue ID.
