Lauren Levig is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and AASI Certified Snowboard Instructor with over 2000 hours of education in massage, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in structural integration, breathwork, muscle release techniques, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and is a Graston Technique® preferred provider. She helps clients resolve soft tissue dysfunction and fine tune their self care regimens to find lasting relief. Clients of all ages are welcome. A parent or legal guardian must be present for clients 15 and younger. Written parent or guardian consent form is required for clients under 18.
